- Drivers need CDL classe(s): A.
- Allowed 3 tickets in the last 3 years.
- Allowed 2 accidents in the last 3 years.
- Will consider drivers with a DUI.

- Minimum age of 23 years
IC/LP
- 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience
- 6 months recent flatbed steel hauling experience - verifiable
- Maximum of 2 preventable accident in past 3 years
- Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 1 serious moving violation in last 3 years
- No DUI's in the past 5 years
- No felonies in last 7 years
- Not currently on parole or probation
- Minimum age of 23 years
Owner Operator Compensation
Tractor Only:
- 75% of gross for 1 or 2 units minus trailer rent
- 78% of gross for 3 or more units minus trailer rent
Tractor trailer combinations:
- 75% of gross for 1 or 2 units
- 78% of gross for 3 or more units
Percentage based on division
Trailer Rental:
- $165.00 per week
